Description and Responsibilities
Supporting the execution of R&D projects, reporting to the Senior Manager in Austria and mediating communication between teams in Brazil and at headquarters. Organizing and updating tasks in management tools, maintaining documentation and monitoring deadlines, budgets and deliveries. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project progress. Participating in meetings, providing updates and gathering strategic information. Identifying and resolving small challenges to optimize project execution.
• Reporting to the Senior Project Manager (located in Austria), support the planning, tracking, and execution of R&D projects under the guidance of the R&D Manager.
• Act as a liaison between the R&D team in Brazil and the P&F Headquarters in Austria.
• Organize, update, and maintain the tasks and project information in our project management tool.
• Assist in maintaining project documentation, including schedules, meeting minutes, and project status reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and project progress.
• Help monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, flagging potential issues to the Senior Project Manager.
• Participate in team meetings, providing updates and gathering information to support project goals.
• Contribute to identifying and addressing minor project challenges.
Requirements
Education and work experience requirements:
- Degree in any field (preferably in science, engineering, business or related disciplines).
- Postgraduate degree (lato sensu or stricto sensu) is desirable, preferably in sciences, engineering, business, or related disciplines.
- 1–2 years of experience in coordinating or supporting projects (internships or academic project experience are acceptable).
