Descripción y responsabilidades
Leading and managing all Human Resources practices and processes, aligning people management strategies with organizational objectives. Ensuring a positive working environment, promoting the development of human capital and ensuring legal and ethical compliance in all the sector's activities.
• Develop and implement Human Resources strategies that support the company's business objectives.
• Monitor trends and metrics in partnership with leadership to propose continuous improvements.
• Manage the entire recruitment and selection cycle, ensuring that qualified talent is attracted.
• Conducting selection processes for strategic positions.
• Implementing and supervising performance evaluation systems that promote high productivity.
• Offering constructive feedback and supporting employees' professional development.
• Diagnosing training needs and creating programs that promote continuous development.
• Supervising the planning and execution of training initiatives.
• Ensuring the correct application of internal policies and compliance with labor legislation.
• Overseeing the administration of payroll, benefits and career plans.
• Fostering a positive and inclusive organizational culture.
• Conducting organizational climate surveys and implementing improvement actions.
• Ensuring compliance with legal regulations, internal policies and best market practices.
• Updating and communicating HR policies to the team.
• Managing relations between employees, leaders and external partners.
• Acting as an internal consultant on people management issues.
Requisitos
Education and work experience requirements
Minimum requirement:
- Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management or related areas.
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in People Management, Leadership or related areas desirable.
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in Human Resources management.
- Experience in dynamic corporate environments, preferably with knowledge of different HR areas (recruitment, training, personnel administration).
