Description and Responsibilities

Stellantis is excited to announce the latest edition of our Corporate Leadership Development Program (CLD). This global initiative offers a unique opportunity for professional growth, with the potential for involvement in international projects.

We are looking for professionals with a strategic business vision who are committed to leading change and inspiring people.

If you aspire to strengthen your leadership skills and distinguish yourself as an exceptional, results-driven professional, this is your chance!

About the Program

For approximately two years, selected professionals will be hired as CLD Auditors and will participate in a comprehensive training program with international exposure. The new CLDs will join the internal audit team, gaining the opportunity to learn end-to-end processes, identify risks, and map transactional controls across various sectors.

We expect these professionals to take charge of their careers, and upon successful completion of the program, they will be relocated to the business according to their interest and the oportunity within that area.

What is expected from a CLD participant?

Adaptability, resilience, a challenge-driven mindset with commitment and responsibility, self-leadership, negotiation skills, conflict management, and multitasking are some of the essential skills required for the program.

They are also expected to take ownership of their career development.

Requirements

  • Completed postgraduate/MBA degree;
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 as a reference);
  • Solid professional experience;
  • Willingness to live near Stellantis’ units and travel for business (if necessary);
  • There is no need to have previous experience in Audit.

Note: After you complete your application, an English test will be made available for you to complete. Please respond to it as part of our requirements evaluation. Kindly note that this does not guarantee advancement to the next phase of the process.
